Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Ann Whitaker Style. These terms explain how bookings, payments and changes work, so you know exactly what to expect. By booking a consultation, class, course or product, you agree to these terms.

In these terms, "I", "me" and "my" mean Ann Whitaker Style, and "you" means the client.

1. ABOUT ME

Ann Whitaker Style is a business name of The Trustee for the Whitaker Family Trust, ABN 14 754 636 340. 53 Wyndarra Street, Kenmore, Brisbane QLD. Email [email protected] or phone 0424 656 097.

2. MY SERVICES

I provide colour analysis, personal styling, image consulting, classes, personal shopping and online courses. Each service description on my website and booking page sets out what is included and how long it runs. Colour analysis takes place in my Kenmore studio, because accurate results need natural light and professional colour drapes.

3. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT

• Payment is made in full when you book, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

• Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email.

• All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

• For group classes, the person who makes the booking is responsible for payment for the group, unless each guest books and pays separately.

4. RESCHEDULING

Life happens, and I understand that. You can reschedule free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice by email or phone. If you are unwell, have an emergency or there is a severe weather event, please contact me as soon as you can. We will find a new date together, even at short notice.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

• 7 or more days' notice: full refund.

• 48 hours to 7 days' notice: your payment is held as a credit for a new date within 3 months.

• Less than 48 hours' notice, or not attending: the fee is forfeited, except in the circumstances described in section 4.

• If I need to cancel or reschedule: you can choose a new date or a full refund.

6. VIP COLOUR, STYLE AND IMAGE TWO-DAY CLASS

• The VIP class is two one-on-one days.

• Day two is booked within one month of day one, so what you learn stays fresh and easy to apply.

• Day two must be completed within 3 months of day one, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

• The rescheduling and cancellation terms above apply to each day.

7. PERSONAL SHOPPING

My fee covers my time and expertise. Anything you buy is your own choice and is paid directly to the retailer. Returns and exchanges are subject to each store's own policy. I do not receive commission from any store I take you shopping in.

8. LATE ARRIVAL

Please arrive on time so you get the full benefit of your session. If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the booked time, and the full fee applies.

9. ONLINE COURSES AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS

• Access details are sent by email once payment is received.

• Your access is for your personal use only and must not be shared, copied or resold.

• Because digital products are delivered straight away, I do not offer change-of-mind refunds once you have accessed the content.

• If you have a technical problem, please contact me and I will fix it or refund you.

• All course content remains the intellectual property of Ann Whitaker Style.

10. GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.

11. PHOTOS, RECORDINGS AND YOUR INFORMATION

With your permission, I may take photos during your consultation to record your colours and recommendations. Online sessions may be recorded for your follow-up materials. Photos or videos are only used for marketing with your express written permission. My Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled.

12. YOUR WELLBEING

Please let me know about any skin sensitivities or allergies before makeup or skincare is applied during your session. My advice is based on my professional training and over 19 years of experience. How you use it is always your choice.

Product recommendations: I am an independent distributor of Nu Skin and SeneGence products. If I recommend these products and you choose to buy them, I may earn income from that sale. I only recommend products I genuinely believe will suit you, and you are never under any obligation to buy.

13. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

My services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. If something is not right, please contact me so we can resolve it together.

14. LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, my liability is limited to supplying the service again or refunding the amount you paid for it.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

I may update these terms from time to time. The terms in place when you made your booking apply to that booking.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
